It answers from what you write and from the offers in your catalogue. Guests ask in English or Spanish, at any hour, and get a reply in their language, with the 3-day forecast and your tips alongside. Name it, give it a face, set its tone.

How it behaves
- It only suggests offers from your catalogue. No invented prices, no pickups the offer doesn’t include.

- It marks your own extras as a direct booking with you, so guests know who they’re dealing with.
- It tells guests it can make mistakes, and that booking and payment happen on the partner’s site.

Your logo, colours, cover photo, locations and offers. You add your house notes from ready-made templates, or import a .txt or .md file.

Switch partner offers on or off from a curated library, and edit their text and photo. Add your own extras, like breakfast or a late check-out, with your conditions and no commission.
Six tabs: your property, host tips, culture, destination, FAQ and what’s on. Start from templates or import a file. It warns you about empty placeholders and anything that looks like a password.
Name, avatar, tone, answer length, how many suggestions, follow-up questions, forecast and tips. Call it Lola if you like. Try it in the live preview first.

When a guest books, half the commission is yours.
Every link on your page carries a click ID. The partner’s network reports the sale with that ID, so the commission is assigned to your property and nobody else’s. You don’t sign anything with each partner: you join a catalogue that’s already negotiated.

How much does it cost?
We haven’t published pricing yet. We’ll go through it on the demo call, based on how many properties you manage.
How much will I earn?
It depends on how many stays you have and what your guests book. You get 50% of the commission on every booking attributed to your property, paid monthly. We don’t promise figures: the example on this page shows the scale of a single booking.
Do guests need to download an app or sign up?
No. They open a link or scan a QR on their phone, and that’s it.
Who takes the guest’s payment?
The partner, on its own website, and it sends the confirmation too. EasyPerks never charges guests or handles payments.
Do I need a contract with each partner?
No. You join a catalogue that’s already negotiated, and every click carries your property’s ID so the commission is assigned to you.
What if the concierge gets something wrong?
It answers from what you write and from the offer pages in your catalogue, and it doesn’t invent prices. It tells guests it can make mistakes, and you can test it in the live preview before guests see it.
Does it connect to my PMS, Airbnb or Booking.com?
Not yet. You paste the link into the welcome message you already send, wherever you send it from.
Can I offer my own services?
Yes: breakfast, bike hire, a cooking class, whatever you run. Guests book them directly with you by WhatsApp, email, phone or a link, and there’s no commission on them.
Which languages does it work in?
English and Spanish, for both the guest page and the concierge. More languages aren’t available yet.
What about my guests’ data?
Guests don’t create an account or pay anything through EasyPerks. Your panel warns you if your notes include passwords or other sensitive data. Our privacy policy will set out how long concierge conversations are kept.
