Every link on your page carries a click ID. The partner’s network confirms the sale with that ID, so the commission is assigned to your property. No contracts with each partner: you join a catalogue that’s already negotiated.
Your own extras
100% yours, no commission
Late check-out, breakfast, bike hire, a cooking class. Add each one with its price, conditions and how to book: WhatsApp, email, phone or a link. It shows on your page, the concierge suggests it when it fits, and guests pay you directly.
In Mark’s stay, partners added €8.56 and your own extras €73.00. We’d rather show you that than a big round percentage.

The concierge answers from your notes about the property and the area, at any hour, in English or Spanish. When an offer in your catalogue fits the question, it suggests it as a card the guest can book.

Where the scenarios come from: across about 24 hotel and holiday-rental operators using upsell software, 1.6% of stays bought an extra, at around $78 each (Akia, 2025–26). The cautious case stays close to that. Vendors claim 15–25% take-up for late check-out offered at the right moment (Enso Connect, vendor figure); the ambitious case stays well below it. Commission: GetYourGuide and Viator publish 8% for affiliates.
